I was able to talk to a very nice and knowledgeable lady when I called. She was able to answer the many questions that I asked, and the questions that she could not answer, she was honest about not having the information at that moment and not attempting to just make something up. In addition I appreciated the shipping schedule and the updates that I was given. I really liked the fact that you continually worked to keep me in the loop so I could make the necessary plans. The last thing is thank you for working on the price of this low mileage engine, it would not have happened otherwise. Keep up the great service.

The Engine I received was just what I ordered, Had very little to do to it before I installed and after installing it started right up and ran good, no trouble codes and it passed the Calif. smog requirments. My only complaint with Quality Motors was the time it took me to receive my Engine (15 days) and never did get a tracking number. I paid up front for it and was afraid I had been taken as I was told I would have the engine in 7 to 10 bussiness days and when it went to fifteen days with no tracking number and the person to whom I placed the order was very unfriendly. Well I was sure reliefed when I did hear from the Trucking Co that was to deliver the engine to my home.

I have put about 1,200 miles on my new/used engine. So far so good, the engine seems to run very wel.

We purchased a engine for our 2005 Dodge Magnum Rt for $3,200. We first received the engine late. Our mechanics dropped it in and engine light started blinking. It ran very rough when it started up with major knocking. They scanned it again and two codes appeared which indicate multiple misfires which we could obviously hear. Our mechanic stated they could take off the cylinder head for further investigation, which would of course cost more money. He stated he was quite surprised it past inspection Previously from its condition upon arrival. The engine was dirty rusty and sprayed painted silver. We just received a call from the shop who confirmed the engine we purchased is completely damaged beyond repair and in worst condition than our previous one. We cld the warranty dept. and they stated they would refund us but now we have to pay the shop almost $2,000 which we paid to drop it in. I am contacting my lawyer to definitely proceed with legal action. This company is a fraud and deserves to pay for everything. Take your money else where to cause further issues in your life!!!!!!!!!!
