Apparently this company needed to borrow money? I brought an engine a month ago and it was never delivered. They told me it was shipping last Wednesday, after waiting forever for it with no communication on their part. I just randomly saw an email today that my money was refunded. This was for My 17 year old son and was bought for his birthday and my mechanic has been patiently waiting... I wish I could give them a zero on their rating! I tried to call about 50 times and never got anyone on the phone. I heard they got busted selling engines that had more miles than they said were on them. I’m not sure but maybe they were shift down? No one ever called me or emailed me, so it sounds believable!

I ordered a replacement engine for my 2000 Chrysler minivan. The first engine they shipped had a broken block ear (where the transmission bolts on). We called, and they promised to ship a replacement engine. When the second engine arrived, it had water and corrosion in the cylinders. We called, and they shipped a third replacement engine. This one had problems too, and the garage charged me an additional $500-600 to get it to where it could be used. We filed the additional cost with QUE as a warranty claim, which they said they would review and pay. But they've never paid the claim, and now whenever I call they just take a voicemail message and then never return the call. Originally I ordered from them in part because of what seemed like a very good warranty, but at this point I have near-zero faith in them ever making good on any other warranty issues that might arise in the future, either. :-(((((( I'm very disappointed with their shoddy customer service.

We ordered an engine from this company. They claimed it had 42,000 miles on it. Once we saw the VIN number, we found out in January 2015 it had 205,000 and it was a taxi since then until it was in an accident. They are not responding. DO NOT ORDER from this company.

This is my third entry. They have stopped communicating with me. They won't come pick up the blown engine they sold me. They won't credit my card. I have filed a claim with my credit card company and also filed a complaint with the BBB. Buyers Beware!

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM Quality Used Engines unless you are agnostic and like pain. I ordered an engine from them and they sent me an engine in a few weeks which was fine. They sent the wrong engine which was not fine. I did not know it was the wrong engine and had it installed. When it would not run properly, I called the warranty department and spoke to Scott. (Scott should not be dealing with the public as he has a terrible manner about him) Scott told me they sent the wrong engine. They sent me another engine and I had that installed. They told me on the phone that they would cover the labor on the second engine replacement. It cost me over $1,500.00 for labor. They indeed credited my account for $610.00. When I get upset, Scott merely said Good Day and hung up on me. I have been trying to find the owner or president of Quality Used Engines but no one will tell me a thing. I understand that their policy is to only pay $50.00 Hr. on labor. If there was a warranty issue I would accept that. They kept me from being able to drive my car for over two months because they sent the WRONG ENGINE. If they had sent the correct engine, this would not be an issue. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS FLYBY NIGHT OUTFIT. IF YOU DO YOU WILL BE HOSED AS MANY OF US WERE. I WISH I HAD READ REVIEWS ON THIS COMPANY PRIOR TO DOING BUSINESS WITH THEM. I bought a 3.6L long block engine with crankshaft key. For $2400.00 it took about 2 weeks to get here but I was fine with that. The thing I'm not fine with is the fact that I got the wrong motor there are two types of these engines one with a crank shat key and one without. I got the one without the crankshaft key so then the B.S. starts I call them cause my mechanic started putting it in and now I gotta pay almost double for the reinstall of the rite motor. When I called customer service they were very at there job I tried to be polite I really hate I did buisness with them. I'm really thinking about a lawyer cause it started when they screwed up with sending the wrong motor. Then the customer service treats you like a piece of garbage I work in a management position in the steel industry you do not do customers like that.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY Ordered engine on April 7 2017 Heard nothing until May 4, 2017 that my engine would be delivered Friday. Engine was lost, shipping company could not find it, then they found it and said NEMF would have to deliver it. WHY??????? NEMF delivers motor 5 days later and the pulley arm is bent. Called Quality used engines, on hold for 30 plus minutes Called sales 7 times and finally reached a supervisor who was extremely rude, When I explained the situation he says "can't you fix it" WE ARE A MULTI MILLION DOLLAR BUSINESS with extremely rude employees. finally said "we will return your money and pick up our motor" and he promptly hung up the phone. How are you still in business?

Con artists, my car has been off the road for over a year after their "repairs" car has parts missing destroyed my alloys and left more issues than they solved. Avoid at all costs. They will no doubt stop trading and open up yet again under a different name. Guy I dealt with apparently is no longer there yet the new guy sounds just like him.........worst of the worst
