Bad 1rst time experience ordering went well but when it came time to track my order I was given a runaround about dealing with shipping not the guy I bought the engine from conversation got heated due to seller egging on a fight over the phone . will never deal with this company again . Still no engine and the refund will probably most likely never come. Update: company issued a refund for 2152 I still need the other $718 back so I can get my customer an engine somewhere else.

WORST EXPERENCE EVER... This company took an order for a 2015 motor (with 53K miles "they said") for $7900+ and they sent a 2011 motor that might be worth $2500 that we have no idea of miles or anything on the history... It looks as if it has sat in a junk yard for a few years. They did nothing to resolve the mistake, just told me I ordered it wrong.. basically committed fraud in my opinion... BUYER BEWARE THEY ARE CROOKS...

I recently buy a engine from these guys and happens that engine have a bad cylinder call back so I can get a replacement with another engine when I talk to them they say my warranty was a boy and blah blah blah. but they offered me 3 years warranty when I purchase the engine the salesman told me if anything wrong with the engine that they will replaced itimmediately. please do not buy anything from these guys they are bunch of scumbags. I spent over $2,200 for a bad engine and they don't want to keep their word. there is no honesty or Integrity and this company please do not buy anything

Like every single review about this company don’t buy from these people! My mechanic ordered an engine for my 91 MR2 from them, it was supposed to have 61k miles on the motor but they weren’t smart enough to remove the timing belt cover sticker which says it was last changed at 205k miles and the whole engine had a mess of RTV silicone! I hope this company gets shutdown very soon. I hope anybody affiliated with this company has infinite insomnia

I would give them a zero, if that was an option!!!!! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!!!!!! The engine I got was a piece of crap that was just as bad as the blown engine I took out of my other vehicle. They refuse to stand behind their product!!!

I don't know how these people sleep at night, I made a purchase and cancelled my order the engine was never even in stock like they claimed it was ,never got a shipping number after several days but they charged me a $325 -25%"restock"fee .they don't tell you about the cancellation fee, But I was probably better off canceling and losing that money than I would have been to wait on their junk motor to show up and spend thousands more putting the motor in and taking it out just to send it back because it is junk only for them not to honor the warranty ect....when I told them I wanted to cancel the manager yelled at me and hung up 😂 this place is a joke they are nothing but a bunch of con artist and scammers they go to the junkyard in find just any old motor and send it to you if you have ordered from this place cancel now! it will save you thousands,they take advantage of hard-working people lie to them ,send them junk that is worse than what they already have ,Hell is gonna be hot 🔥 for these folks,sad way to make a living...

BEWARE OF THIS BUISNESS THEY ARE LIARS AND THIEFS. My son and I bought bought an engine from them 4.7 Toyota Sequoia 8-17-20 that came with parts and labor warranty. Today 03/02/21after several call from my son i called and the first representative rite away told me he just canceled my warranty because i just installed the engine and i told him he is a liar I want to talk his supervisor now continued with his broken eastern accent to tell me there is nothing i can do now. finally transferred me to a phone that rang about 6 times and hung up. I called back and a lady answered same accent her name was Cindy and asked for invoice number which I provided and she told me also there is no warranty for my engine problems. She transferred me to the same supervisor dead end 6 rings no answer. i found that if u look up your invoice number you can find where the engine was bought and sent from. DO NOT USE THIS BUISNESS AT ALL I WANT THEM SUED AND MY REFUND AND WILL NOT STOP HERE.
