About Quality Sleep Shop

The owners, Tim Masters and his wife, Cindy, live with their five children less than a mile from the shop in La Grange Highlands, IL and are heavily invested in the community. Tim purchased the company from his mentor, Mr. Brixie, in 1995. Over the last 20+ years, Tim has grown and expanded the company to offer the latest innovations in mattresses, including memory foam, all natural latex and pocketed coil sleep systems. Our mattresses are handcrafted at our factory in La Grange Highlands, IL. Most of our knowledgeable salespeople are the same people who handcraft the mattresses. With their knowledge of the quality construction and durability of our products, they can easily guide you to choose the mattress that best fits your needs. Because we handcraft our mattresses on-site, there is no middle man, which means no high markups on our products. Our customers enjoy factory-direct prices. Compare our mattresses and customer service and you will see that our products are an outstanding value. We can build custom-sized mattresses by request for boats, RVs, antique beds and more. Contact us for more information on custom mattresses and sizes. Quality Sleep Shop offers a full warranty on all of our mattress choices. We do not pro-rate our warranty. See our warranty page for more information. We also offer a 100 Night Sleep Trial. We want you to be confident you are purchasing the highest-quality, handcrafted mattress.

We purchased a memory foam mattress 5…
We purchased a memory foam mattress 5 years ago from Quality Sleep Shop and it did not hold up well. Even though part of it was our son peeing on the bed Tim let us come pick out a new mattress for half price. They delivered it FedEx at no charge to our front door in St John Indiana. Will be back when we need a new one

Your comfort is their main concern
No pushy salespeople here...your comfort is their main concern. So glad my coworkers suggested I stop in. Now I can refer my friends & family too. This plush bed is great for my Fibromyalgia pains...no more restless nights!

Nice mattress
Nice mattress, nice knowledgeable salesperson. My only suggestion would be for the company to provide a paper copy of the warranty and register the mattress when it is delivered.

Quality Sleep Shop - 5 Stars!
Without question, this is a 5 star company to do business with! Their products are the best, their warranty is second to none and they will accommodate your timeframe for delivery! I have purchased many mattresses from Quality Sleep Shop and I recently called on a Wednesday morning to have a full mattress delivered at their earliest convenience. The owner was out making calls and delivered my mattress within the hour!! I love buying quality products from local businesses. You will love Quality Sleep Shop! Jen D., LaGrange, IL

Great for organic & eco-friendly mattresses!
Tim helped me find the perfect mattress! This is THE place to visit if you're looking for organic or eco-friendly materials. It is comforting to speak directly with the people who make your mattress, versus buying from a big box store or factory. I never felt pressured into buying anything either, which was quite refreshing! I left confident in my purchase, and I love my new, extremely comfortable mattress.
