The owners, Tim Masters and his wife, Cindy, live with their five children less than a mile from the shop in La Grange Highlands, IL and are heavily invested in the community. Tim purchased the company from his mentor, Mr. Brixie, in 1995. Over the last 20+ years, Tim has grown and expanded the company to offer the latest innovations in mattresses, including memory foam, all natural latex and pocketed coil sleep systems. Our mattresses are handcrafted at our factory in La Grange Highlands, IL. Most of our knowledgeable salespeople are the same people who handcraft the mattresses. With their knowledge of the quality construction and durability of our products, they can easily guide you to choose the mattress that best fits your needs. Because we handcraft our mattresses on-site, there is no middle man, which means no high markups on our products. Our customers enjoy factory-direct prices. I love the mattress they sell
I love the mattress they sell. It is bit expensive but the quality is great. My kids loved those mattress. The delivery should be little faster. I would be happy if they reduce the cost on kids mattress.

Great shopping experience, horrible delivery man
Shopping experience was great! Only complaint I have is with one of the two delivery men that delivered the mattress. The one delivery man complained the entire time he was at our house, complaining about how heavy the mattress was and huffing and puffing the entire time. We live in a two-story house and the mattress was being delivered to our master bedroom on the second floor. We have baby gates at the top and bottom of the stairs, and he took the gates off without asking and never put them back on. He also showed no appreciation to my husband for disassembling and moving our previous bedroom set that the store said the delivery men would do. The in-store shopping experience was fantastic, and we would go there again. But I would definitely ask who the delivery men would be to not deal with this gentleman again.

Service with integrity.
We were not pleased with the Emily and auto foundation. However we were incredibly impressed with the integrity of the staff. They accepted the return no discussion and gave a prompt refund. Do not hesitate to conduct business with them.

the delivery people scuffed up my …
the delivery people scuffed up my kitchen floor during delivery. I can not get the scuff marks off of the vinyl floor.

need more time!
I'll give it a three because we only had it for two weeks.still not experiencing a great nights sleep.
