Excellent customer service!! They went above and beyond! I searched online for a product I needed for an event, placed the order and was emailed a few days later that the product was backordered. Frantic, I reached out to Quality Imprint. Not only did they find the same product for me but the price was cheaper and it arrived two weeks before the event. They have won me over! Ana was amazing!

I had 2 separate evens that I needed several items for, the rep was aware that I needed my order for these events. I ordered several items and only one of them made the extremely reasonable deadline. Products are good quality but if you have a deadline, even 5 weeks out you still may not receive the items.
