Nice quality

I absolutely loved the service I received from this company! I was in dire need of laptop bags and couldn't find a place that would embroider my program's logo without charging ridiculous prices. The work done was exactly what I wanted and needed, and I couldn't be happier.

I am extremely aggravated with a person named Jeff. Kept receiving numerous phone calls, emails and even text messages IN A DAY from him. and not just that, when I finally answered his call, HE WAS SO RUDE. I don't like the TONE of HIS VOICE! Very unprofessional!!! AND I FELT HARASSED!!! SO I DO NOT WANT TO RECEIVE ANYMORE EMAILS, SMS OR EVEN PHONE CALLS FROM YOU ANYMORE. or else, I WILL SUE YOU!!!

James worked hard to get the layout and design exactly how I wanted it. Sent a sample, emailed an image for proofing, made changes as requested, and sent a second proof. We were notified when they were shipped. He also followed up after the thermometers were received to make sure they were as I expected. Excellent customer service.
