I love the glasses with 70 on them. But I would have preferred the number to be centered instead of at the bottom of the glass.

Except for a small bubble on the bottom, the bowl is beautiful.

Little slow on delivery but great product

Friendly staff and quick turnaround. It is a smaller company though so it can occasionally take some time to get a hold of someone if you're trying to get questions answered quickly via phone or e-mail. But they were very accommodating of requests & willing to help.

My bowl arrived later than I expected. It was to be a bridal shower gift and arrived almost a week late. I have to follow-up to determine when I could expect my order. The bowl and the monogram are beautiful

Great product and very satisfied with my purchase! I probably waited too late to place my order (around the holidays) which bumped the timeframe out a bit from what was listed on the website as the expected delivery ("Average delivery 1-2 weeks") I didn't receive my delivery until approximately 4 weeks later. They tried to accommodate me when I called for an update and were nice. Other than that, great experience! WIll definitely use them again and order a little earlier next time!

I'm giving a 4 because I was supposed to have a border around the monogram but did not. The glass was still beautiful and my husband loved it.

I ordered the crystal highball glasses. The glasses were beautiful and the laser work work was perfect. My only negative comment about the whole process was the lack of information on my order status and having to call multiple times without ever actually reaching anyone was frustrating. Leaving messages that don’t get returned are worse than just not answering. Client communication needs massive improvements - automate email communications with order info and give people an option to contact your company where someone will actually respond.
