I called after placing the order to get an assurance that there would be no problem with the order and and they could make the deadline. They totally missed the deadline. Three days later when I called to ask where my order was they said it was never done because there was a problem with engraving the logo on the decanter. Why did they assure me there would be no problem and WHY didn't they contact me as soon as they saw it was a problem??? Very poor business skills. I ended up having to order it from another company who had no issue engraving our logo and meeting the new deadline.

I am so disappointed in this company. I put an order for 4 mint julip cups to be customed engraved late April. I received the items May 20, 2019 only after I called and spoke to someone on the phone. I went to wash the cups as directed by the company and the "engraving"design washed off. There was no engraving. I needed these cups for an event on May 25. I immediately emailed their customer service as well as left a phone message on their customer service line. They did not return my calls. I called again May 22 and left messages. Today is May 30. Quality Glass Engraving has yet to return my calls or answer my emails. While the quality of the silver plated mint julip cup was good, the design which was supposed to be engraved washed off. Their service and quality are terrible. Not a dependable company. I would recommend seeking another Engraving Company.

Order was late after I had paid a premium. The placement and the style were good but you couldn’t even see it. Contacted company company never got any kind of response. Very disappointed it was a gift for a special occasion.

I made a $45 order one month ago and I never received a confirmation email for my purchase being shipped and when I emailed to find an update I got no response. This is unacceptable to pay $45 and get no update or product. I will change my review when I hear from the company and receive my purchase.

Ordered 2 wine glasses on April 15th. No proof came. Several calls later I finally get a human (as opposed to the standard answering machine!) Promised a proof within 30 minutes. 5 days later I still have nothing. So 28 days in to this debacle I cannot tell you about their quality but assure you their customer service is truly bottom of the barrel. I now face re-scheduling the ceremony and having to find a vendor with a level of integrity! Please do not reward these people with your business

Ordered my engraved personalized wine glasses on April 12th, without needing to see a proof of my order. The glasses have not been received, nor have I received any communications from the company as to the status of my order some 4 weeks later. Of course I regret my purchase and question whether I will ever get my glasses or money back.

I placed a large order on April 6th. I paid extra for 2 day shipping in hopes the items would be here for an event 2 weeks later (since the timeline is 1-2 weeks for production). It's May 4th and I STILL have not received my order. Every time I've tried to call the number on their website, I've been met with an answering machine. Completely unprofessional.
