Impressive customer service. I received the wrong order (incorrect glass type), which could have been reason for a poor review. However, I let them know of the error, received immediate response, and received the correct order within days (and was able to keep the initial order--no need to ship it back). Great product overall.

It took a call to customer service to get the free proof sent to me via email and when the package arrived two of the 24 glasses were broken. Besides these minor hiccups the craftsmanship was spectacular and everyone that received on loved it.

Glasses and engraving were delivered in a timely manner. Product was as described. However the engraving on some of the glasses was not symmetric to the cactus stem.

I was very pleased with the initial help and suggestions. The price fit into the budget of a non-profit. However with a 4 week lead time, heard nothing and repeated calls to view a mock-up finally resulted in the artist agreeing to proceed. 4 days prior to event I had to insist on a quick shipping. Hopefully it will arrive OK tomorrow./ Communications need improvement. Hope this provides insight for their customer service.

The proof took a little longer than I expected, but it was perfect and the finished product arrived just days later. The vase I chose was a wonderful style and size for my purpose, and also a very good value.
