When I placed the order, the sales person was really helpful. After not hearing from the company after 4 weeks, I called and was informed that they are waiting for a re-stock of the wine glasses and it will be in that week. Delivery was promised for the following week. I called after not hearing back again after the second week and was told they are still out of stock. I understand that sometimes the supplier can be on back order but the lack of communication from this company was unacceptable. No one called to tell me the status of the order (it is all prepaid). I ended up ordering 6 glasses instead of the 50 because I needed it and not enough time to look for another company.

Super disappointed in this company. I ordered 30 engraved wine glasses and the quality of the engraving is terrible. I understand that mistakes happen. I was hoping that they would work with me to make it right. I reached out to the company 3 times by email, once using the form on their website, and once by phone over an 8 day period. Nobody has contacted me. I'll try to attach photos. I would not order from this company again nor recommend them because of quality issues as well as poor customer service.

Had asked that the logo be raised from center on glass; proof of same was sent and approved. We had ordered several styles of glasses with the raised logo with no problem. Received the order and the logo was in the wrong place - they did not raise it. Was given some story about the size of the order dictated where the logo was placed, even though I had previously received several glasses with the raised logo. No attempt from them made to either replace the order or give a discount, nada. Just a basic "you have to accept this" message with no recourse.

The bottles are not as advertised. The caps do not fit the bottles.

My product had a logo on one side of the glass and text on the back side. The logo was crooked and too small, the text was WAY too small and smudged. I had to put on "reader" glasses to read it. I emailed and requested a re-run of the product, no response. After a week I called and a guy named Nick asked me to send pics and he'd take a look. He was very nice, but no response to my emailed pics. After another week I called (no answer), called the next day and Nick (very nice) said he would re do the glasses himself. I never received the corrected product nor did I receive any communication from Nick or this company. Website is nice and customer service is nice, but they DO NOT deliver. I would NOT recommend!!!

I was so impressed with my first 3 orders. I’ve spent over 5k and was a repeat buyer. My most recent order was not even close to up to standard. The 33oz glasses I ordered were printed too small and are blurry because they were double printed. The Pinot glasses I ordered came as Cabernet glasses. Worst customer service experience. I can’t get anyone to call me.

I drew a 4" by 4" picture to have engraved on their largest wine glass and it ended up being like 1" by 1". The glass looks really bare with that little design on it... Didn't get to review it before they sent it out as I wished. Very disappointed.

Awful experience with this company. Placed an order for custom pint glasses and didn’t get sent our proof. Called a week later and couldn’t get a hold of them. Decided to order from another company due to a time crunch, which was stated from the beginning. Then when offered a full refund since the order was never processed I had to contact them again multiple times because they forgot to process the refund.
