The actual glass and engraving looked great and arrived on time. Unfortunately, I believe that the engraving caused the glasses to be ridiculously fragile. Two arrived broken and upon giving them a light rinse and polish prior to them being used, two more broke in the area of the engraving. So I ordered 13 glasses, but was only able to use 9. By the end of the evening (after they were used and washed) I was down to 6.

Here is an email that I sent to you last week and I have not heard back from anyone in your company. Please respond. Thank you. Nick: I received the beer mugs last week and I'm pleased with how they look. I am questioning the charges for this order. My invoice indicated that you deducted the shipping charge, as indicated in your website. It showed a total charge of $154.50. However, my account was debited $175.23, which included the shipping charge. I would appreciate a credit back to me for the $25.73 shipping charge. There is one additional problem in refunding me the credit for shipping. Since I placed this order and paid for it though the league's debit card, I've had to change my league's account and get a new debit card linked to the new account. Someone had hacked into the old account by opening a charge card that was linked to the checking account and withdrew money from that account. Fortunately, that has all been straightened out. Can you do the credit through Paypal? I look forward to your reply.

The work that they did was great, but there was no description on the site stating that the glasses were hand blown and would be quite different from one another. If I wasn't looking for these glasses to have a specific look for a brand image, it wouldn't have been an issue. Instead, I had to sort through them to find glasses that would be acceptable and a close match to what I needed.

I placed my order a bit over a month until Christmas. I requested a proof, and despite it being an extra $5, I'm thankful I did because it was entirely wrong (wrong sizes, placement, and font). I checked my order, and everything there was right, so it was definitely a design flaw. The proof didn’t arrive three days after Christmas, which was irritating, but understandable being the holiday season. This meant it took 35 days to slap the designs and letter font I picked from their website onto my glass. Like, really? What program are you using that doesn’t let you make your design before a purchase is made? Once I got the proof and emailed them back within minutes of what errors needed to be fixed, it took another week for me to get the second proof with the changes. I confirmed the second proof because it was finally correct. Then I went thirteen days without hearing anything. Never got an email my glass was going into production. Never got an email it was being shipped. Never got a tracking number. Never got a delivery confirmation. I called the company on the seventh and tenth days to ask what was going on, but no one picked up; my voicemails went unanswered, too. I didn't even know the package had arrived until I came home and it was on my porch. There was a large gash in the box. Thankfully, however, there were packing peanuts inside, as well as another box also filled with packing peanuts and the glass itself. It’s beautiful! I wish the company had better customer service, and were faster in production. All in all, I’d recommend ordering from Quality Glass, but only if you have the patience of a saint and the time of an immortal.
