The glasses arrived at the wrong address. They were shipped to the billing address, not the shipping address. The glasses were extremely dirty. We had to wash them twice. Lastly, I was disappointed with the unflattering sticker on the bottom of the glasses. Some of the stickers were extremely difficult to remove which actually cheapened the glasses.

I ordered the glasses on 1/19 and got them on 2/14. I paid $5 extra for a proof and never received the proof. The lettering is too small for the size of the glass. Communication was poor. Very disappointing!!
