It is a pleasure to recommend Quality Eco Technologies because of the courteous, respectful relationship beginning with the invitation dinner, presentation, home inspection and subsequent installation of TriGuard multi layered insulation. After dinner, host and spokesperson James presented the Eco product line in a professional manner without any sales pressure at all. The following day our home inspection was expertly done by Dan Murray, a construction professional and his findings were explained and given to us in writing. While our home was found to be structurally sound, my wife and I decided the TriGuard insulation and two solar ventilation fans would be a cost effective investment for us. Two days later our install crew, William, Tim, Corrine and supervisor, Christian worked carefully to apply the TriGuard over all existing blown insulation adding reflective protection from Virginia's excessive heat and cold temperatures. The solar fans were discreetly placed on the roof for maximum effectiveness and aesthetic quality. Upon completion, the interior and exterior installation was photographed and transferable warranties presented. It was a pleasure to have these four young workers in our home. In a world where construction compromises and shortcuts are common, it was reassuring to see and experience a quality transaction with Quality Eco from start to finish.

When I first received the card in the mail I thought it was just another ad but when i read further I decided to attend the dinner in mind thinking will at least free dinner and also I will know what products are available for improvement of my home. After listening to Jason who give an excellent and effective presentation from the heart not trying to sell but trying to help, I signed for the home inspection. Chuck with very professionalism manner came next day and did the inspection. He did a thorough inspection and give good recommendations for what we needed most for this house which was the MLI for the attic. The next day for installation, Gage and Blake came and did an excellent and proper job. They covered the entire surface of the attic with MLI not leaving one hole or spot. And now I do see a difference and I am very satisfied with the entire team from Quality Eco Technologies and highly recommend their products. From presentation to the end what an awesome and excellent job they did. Thank you so much!!!

Received the card in the mail, and the first thing I thought, someone is trying to sell me something I don't want or need. I attended the dinner with my neighbor saying if all failed I would have had a nice dinner. Listening to Jeff give the presentation, I was a little skeptical at first thinking, one why I have never heard of Quality ECo, and two I probably couldn't afford it. I went ahead and signed up for the home inspection, again saying if all fails, I will know what I need to do to my home since it's only two years old. When Russell came and did the inspection the information he gave me was very informative,answering all of my questions, and him telling me how the probiotic system worked in his home I was thinking this may very well be beneficial to the quality of comfort and savings in my home. I said a quick prayer and said let's do this applying for the MLI, and the probiotic system. On installation, Christian did an excellent job, informing me and showing me pictures, along the way. Can't wait to see the changes, and I've been telling all my friends about it. .

Our experience with Quality Eco Technologies
Our experience with Quality Eco Technologies started on a Monday night at a local restaurant in Lynchburg, VA. We were invited and offered a free meal to learn how to improve the heating/cooling efficiency in our home. Quite honestly, in the past, we had attended other companies offering the same type of product. So, our thoughts were, why not go, listen and at the very least, get a free meal! Tyler was our host. He was extremely friendly, courteous and very well versed in his product.The difference for us, this time, was at the end of the presentation, Tyler talked "costs", which is something none of the other presentations we attended in the past had done. Tyler, as he gave his talk, made us feel comfortable, using terminology/demonstrations suitable for anyone to understand. In addition, "pressure" to purchase was not on the table. He presented facts, figures and common sense as to why anyone who owns a home should at least consider installing MLI in their attic. Having heard all the information and considering the cost of the installation, we decided to move ahead with the next step which was a home inspection. Tyler asked that only those who are truly interested, to sign up for a home inspection because inspections cost time and money. So only serious customers were encouraged to sigh up.
Dan Murry was the inspector who came to our home. Several other products were offered at the dinner, but we were mainly interested in the attic being insulated, and told Dan this. With Dan, as with Tyler, felt no "pressure" to purchase. The benefits of other products were discussed but Dan was respectful to our budget and our needs at this time. Dan entered our attic with a light, measuring tool and cell phone. He took pictures of our attic with his cell and showed them to us when he was done. We were appalled to learn we had "some" insulation and "no" insulation in several areas of the attic floor. In addition, he showed us several places where "black mold" was growing! Black mold is dangerous to anyone's health. Dan educated us on the process Quality Eco Technologies uses to get rid of it AND they will come back in a year to reinspect making sure it is all gone! The reinspection is at no cost to the customer. Due to the relaxed, honest nature of Tyler's presentation and the relaxed, no pressure nature of Dan Murry, we decided to purchase the MLI. Arrangements were made for the crew to come and install.
Fortunately for us and the Quality Eco Technologies crew, we were able to have it installed the next day instead of two days later. Christian, Paul, AJ and several other crew members showed up at our house. The first thing they did, was "empty" any and all boxes etc. that was sitting in our attic. They carried everything down to the garage for us. We had been wanting to get up there and get things out of the attic for sometime. They did it for us!!! NO CHARGE! Next, the crew got busy installing the MLI and finally treating the mold issue. Now all we have to do is reap the benefits of our home being safer from the mold and more efficient in heating and cooling. We will definitely keep a record to see how well the MLI insulates during this coming winter as well as when summer comes how it helps keep it cool.
Our interaction and experience with everyone connected to Quality Eco Technologies has been wonderful, relaxed, and friendly. The entire installation crew consisted of respectful, polite and knowledgeable folks. Now, time will definitely tell if we made a great investment - which we feel we have. From our perspective, we highly recommend Quality Eco Technologies.

Co unable to fix damage they did to my home!
I think many reviews r fake or they sell products they aren’t familiar with to make quick $$. The solar heating unit that was installed & never worked, either of them. They put a second one in and still not even supplemental heat, just barely any air and barely warm.
I was told that it would heat my home for free but the furnace came on as usual. So no heat. I asked them to remove, patch my roof & interior walls. They sent a “roofing” guy who botched my new roof & it leaked. They agreed to put another unit in when they said they didn’t have resources to repair the damage they did. It didn’t work, it leaked and I had to pay to have it removed! The owner responded to my original review just perplexed by the issues. Gave # for me to call if he could help then said if I want to talk to call his lawyer. I did call his lawyer. Told them the unit had been removed and for QET to come pick it up! No response unit is still here in my driveway! I’m glad BTW. I have proof for court. Solar co has done review and found that this unit is inadequate & unable to produce heat enough to heat a home of any size.
The owner still says they have no resources to pay to repair the damage they did to my home. It cost $2K to fix roof. It will be another $2500 to fix damage inside. If a company that comes to a home, puts numerous holes in our home and when it doesn’t work they can’t fix it that’s criminal. It appears they aren’t insured bonded or licensed as stated. I’m so disappointed and hate the thought of court but we worked hard for the $$ we spent. We trusted these guys. Don’t be fooled like I was.
Insulation is one thing, no damage done laying that but the holes left in drywall and roof, unacceptable!
The guys he sent out eventually, said our house sat a little lower than other homes in the neighborhood so the sun couldn’t sufficiently reach the roof. (Really?) so I asked why he would install it if they knew it didn’t work, he said bcuz we said we wanted it. Wrong! We were told it heats for free all day. They said after it was installed & didn’t work that it helps to heat but it didn’t even do that.
Owner says I’m leaving reviews to lower his stars. Not true. I have 2 reviews both under my name! They both show up. Thing is, there should be a different review for each offense. But I use the same name. I will just take it to the press. Will be more effective. I don’t want anyone to waste hard earned $$$$ on the solar heat that isn’t really solar heat!

We installed a Solar Heating Unit for Sallie Jackson. She complained on multiple occasions that the unit was not working correctly. Our technicians went to her house 6 different times to address her concerns. The main issue that Mrs. Jackson has with our machine is that it requires direct sunlight to operate, as it is a SOLAR HEATER. The machine worked as advertised while our technicians were there. Both Mrs. Jackson and her husband agreed that it was working multiple times while our technicians were at their house. Mrs. Jackson even signed a certificate of completion stating that she was happy with the work. In an attempt to satisfy Mrs. Jackson we exchanged the unit and installed a brand new system. However, she was not satisfied because the machine still requires direct sunlight to operate. The machine will never meet her expectations of working at night or during cloudy/stormy days. This is why the machine is designed to work with other heat sources.
Even though the machine functioned correctly, we offered Mrs. Jackson multiple options for resolution in an attempt to appease her buyer's remorse. We offered to remove the machine and giver her a refund, but she was not satisfied with patching her roof. Instead she wanted her roof replaced, which we refused. Instead she decided to keep the solar heater and we gave her a partial refund, which she agreed to.
After coming to an agreement, keeping her machine plus a partial refund, Mrs. Jackson came back to us a month later demanding that we give her an entire refund on the machine, and pay for her roof to be replaced. Or, we can give her a complete refund and she would keep the system instead of having her roof replaced. We refused to comply with her demands.
Since then she has opened cases against us with the BBB (Better Business Bureau) and the Virginia DPOR. Both the BBB and the Virginia DPOR found that there was no evidence to support Mrs. Jackson's claims and dismissed her complaints.
This is now the 4th altered review from Mrs. Jackson. She continues to update and change her story simply to make her review look new to garner attention. We have and will continue to service Mrs. Jackson's system. We are happy to send our technicians back to her house if she believes that the system is not working as designed. Our feeling is that she will not have us back since the system works correctly when our technicians are there. Instead, we will be forced to respond to her "new" updated review and false claims every couple of months.

Excellent Job!
Jory was professional and thorough in his presentation of the information at the dinner. The food was great and the entire meal and briefing was well put together. Russell, my inspector, did a through inspection and was patient with me in explaining what he found. He worked with me to develop a solution for the mold and mildew problems he found in my attic. He also took the time to work on financing options with me. His patience and professionalism was amazing. Alex, my installer, did an excellent and thorough job putting the insulation in my attic as well as treating my mold. He was not only courteous, professional and well mannered, he was also patient with me as I don't have a computer in NH home. Alex helped me Esign my bank documents and was very kind. My overall experience with Quality Eco Technologies has been outstanding and I would gladly recommend them to friends and family.

Indecisive to appreciative
I too received a card to attend a presentation for QET, to enjoy a wonderful meal and and to be welcomed by a very professional, compassionate and most of all a presenter, who started the presentation with a prayer,Tyler May. His presentation was highly motivated and convincing which influence me to purchase the multi-layer insulation.
Dan came and inspected my house and helped a indecisive individual by being so patient with me. The installers Paul and Corran were the topping of a professional business. They also were very polite, compassionate, hard and clean workers leaving me well satisfied. I can't wait to experience a lower electric and gas bill and a warmer home this winter.
