My husband and I reside in Wilmington, DE and attended a presentation with the intentions on just getting a free meal. Needless to say, Dale did such a great job with product information and demonstration we set an appointment for a home inspection the following week. Now friendly Jason G arrives, completes his inspection, explains his findings and patiently answered all our questions. For Jason to be just the inspector, he is the one who actually sales the product and seals the deal and doesn't get a commission; even though I think he should. He also took the time to find the best payment plan. The best part is we never felt pressured. Lastly, the installers, Drake, Darrick, and Jalen all very pleasant and mannerly young men, who didn't feel like strangers in our home. They neatly laid the Tri-Guard Multi-Layer Insulation, applied the RMR Mold Treatment, and installed 2 Solar Attic Ventilation Units. Until then we hadn't realized the electric one we had was old, rusted, and stopped working. Our overall experience with Quality EcoTech was very pleasant and assuring that we made the right move to be more energy efficient. We will do another review to update you on the results of using the product.

Outstanding experience. Matthew provided an exceptional sales presentation and inspection the next day. Devante arrived on time and showed/explained to me the products he was installing. He then included me in the installation of the Eco Probiotics system and the programing of it. Job well done to all.

Our adventure started with an awesome dinner at Harbour Grille in Woodbridge, VA, hosted by Quality Eco Technologies. The presentation by Shawn Brainard was informative and conveniencing to the point we scheduled a free home inspection. Matthew Trubon, Inspector, arrived on time and did an extremely detailed inspection of our home and provided us options on how we could make our home more energy efficient. There was absolutely no sales pressure, etc for us to decide if we wanted to purchase anything; in fact we had up to a year to decide if we wanted to purchase anything. Impressed with the briefing and inspection, we decided (same day) to have the multi-layer insulation, ventilation system and mold treatment done. The installation team consisting of Harrison, Taylor and DeVate arrived (on time) and installed everything in a matter of hours. These guys knew exactly what they were doing and their demonstration of teamwork showed. The team finished the install around 1PM and around 6PM we noticed our upstairs office was cooler than normal along with our bedroom. The products actually work! Given the professionalism of the entire team, quality of the products and outstanding customer service, Quality Eco Technologies easily earn 5+ stars! Just a totally awesome experience. Thank you! Shannon was very professional during the dinner presentation at Brecks Restaurant. The food was awesome as well. James was full of information after the full (free) inspection. He was also very patient with all my questions and concerns. Nick and Jock were very clear and concise in their task. They came in and got right to work and they were done in no time at all.

I was very pleased with both the inspection with Mark he was very knowledgeable about the product & also the installer Max. He explained the unit prior to install because I req it and he did go thru it with me prior to install, once installed he showed me the pics & where he put the electrical cord very thorough with all he did. I'm very pleased and would recommend this unit to family and friends needing this for their health.
