QlifebikeReviews of qlifebike.com

I’ve grown up riding bikes, but this is my first ebike. And it has been a blast. I purchased it to commute to the metro station and it delivers the right amount of power to get me there. Just fast enough to make decent time, but not too fast where it can get me in trouble. It tops out at 22mph. I’ve been looking forward to my bike each morning. Very FUN!

Qlife has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. We purchased a Spark for Christmas for my son. The bike lasted about a month before showing an E30error code. It is unusable and under warranty. I have spent many hours troubleshooting the error and did receive a replacement cable from Qlife which did not fix the issue. The bike is still unrideable. I have requested a replacement bike. After 10+ phone calls and a month of waiting, I have received no response from Qlife. Terrible customer service. This brand is fine until you have issues. Spend a little more and get a better bike from a company that stands behind their product. Avoid Qlife. 7/20/2026 update: The issue still remains unresolved and the bike is unrideable. Someone from Qlife did reach out via email and promised to resolve the issue but that has not happened. There have been numerous emails back and forth each time taking 3-4 days in between for a response. They do not read the emails and continue to ask for the same information that I have already provided. At this point it seems like they are just screwing around trying to get me to go away. If they had any desire to stand behind their warranty they would have by now. At this point I am going to dispute the payment with my credit card company as they sold a product that does not work. Update 8/14/2026 I unwillingly accepted a $500 refund on the bike. Laughable that they will only send the refund to paypal which after fees was $477. Qlife is a terrible company and I will never do business with them again. I'm sure they could have sent a replacement bike for less than the cost of the refund. I spent months of messing around with their so called "warranty" only to lose hundreds of dollars and I am stuck with an unrideable bike that we only had for 3 months. Avoid interactions with this company at all costs, spend a little more and get a better bike from a company that actually stands behind their quality.

It’s been a month since I received my trike. I still haven’t ridden it because the frame is bent. The delivery box was not damaged. I sent them proof. I have been in contact with Qlife the whole time and they just keep asking for more pictures. last time they wanted a video. Now they say they’re going to send all the information to the manufacturer. I bought it from them not the manufacturer. I just want what I paid for. I have now started a stop payment with my credit card. After writing this review I received a prompt answer that was we'll send you a new bike after you take down the bad Review and send us the battery. I sent them the battery and got my money back from my credit card company. Now there is a junk bike on the curb.

Paid over $ 1200 and the bike has constant issues with the display and brakes. They keep giving me generic responses that don't solve anything. Very disappointed.

Very easy process and great customer service, definitely will be shopping here again, thank you Qlife!

Online purchase was easy. My Spark came when promised. Assembly was quick and easy. Have ridden over 50 miles and everything works as it should. Been having a lot of fun cruising the local bike trails and around town.

We bought a bike last year for my son's birthday, he absolutely loved it. We had an E30 error come up, and it requires a new motor; the wire was damaged. It's covered under the warranty, thank goodness. I ordered another when this happened because I didn't know it had a warranty. The new bike has a new design, whereas the old bike has a worn wire. Excellent customer service, and I was so happy with the ease of putting the bikes together.

Bike works great but it showed up with scratches and parts just laying around in the box. Also the instructions to assemble could be way more detailed.
