I live in the mountains near a lake and it’s awesome not to have to pedal up ALL the many hills on the way to my destination. I can choose which hills to pedal so that I get the intended exercise.

After having a few issues with the first bike that was issued to me I let the customer service know and they got to it right away with no problem. They communicated with me and made sure my issue was resolved. I haven't experienced great customer service like this in a while I am very pleased.

From Damaged Delivery to 5-Star Experience
When our e-bike arrived, it unfortunately had three issues out of the box: a tweaked front fork, a broken headlight, and a bent spoke on one of the wheels. While that was certainly disappointing, what really stood out was how the company handled the situation.

They responded quickly, kept us informed throughout the process, and worked efficiently to resolve every issue. They took ownership of the problems and made sure we were completely satisfied with the outcome.
