I wanted an e-bike and after much research decided on the Qlife Cityone 2.0 step thru! I absolutely love the bike, it is great! It was packaged like it was diamonds and super easy to assemble! It shipped right to my front door in less than 3 days! It is much faster than I imagined and I still haven’t rode it at top speed yet! Several months after having it I decided to charge the battery! Lo and behold the key did not fit no matter what I tried, even got my husband to try the key to no avail! I contacted the company, got an immediate reply, sent the requested pictures and received the new keys 3 weeks later! Great communication with Leah! Because of the great service and the bike itself, I will be ordering another one for a family member! I would highly recommend the Cityone 2.0 for the bike itself, the service, the price and the ease with which it is to use! Absolutely Love it!🚲❤️🚲❤️🚲❤️🚲
