Great communication I got my refund right away. The trike rides great and was easy to assemble. I would recommend this trike to anyone who is interested in getting one. John. I just got the so called free cell phone holder it’s a piece of crap no instructions to put in on . There’s nothing to it very disappointing considering the other types of cell phone holder’s available.

I bought 2 Spark D2 bikes and when I received them one of them had bent front forks & one had a small tear in the seat. After talking to the Qlife representatives, both on the phone and on line, Q life solved both issues by sending me replacement parts and paying for the repairs. I was skeptical at first that it would be resolved, but Q life upheld every promise, and they were very kind and understanding every time I spoke with them. They also responded within 24 hours to evey email. I am very pleased with the end result & we love our bikes. Than you Q life!

Although the ebike initially arrived with a bent rear wheel their customers service fully accepted the responsibility and replaced the rear wheel assembly as well as covering the repair cost to complete the installation on the new replacement rear wheel. Their customer service representative Leah was excellent and a credit to Qlife. My wife’s ebike now works great. Would recommend if your looking for a ebike at a fair price

I bought my son’s ebike from qlife because it had great reviews. I see why! They have great customer service. My son had an issue with his bike and they sent over a new part at no cost. This is an amazing company that truly cares about their customers. Shipping was also fast!!

The customer service team is very patient and responsible for handling some small issues during assembly. I am happy to ride the bike to work at last!

My axle nut came loose and stripped the threads on the axle itself. Not the best design but qlife replaced the front wheel with axle for free. The process was fast and painless. Would definitely buy from this company again!

I got the Triker 2.0 delivered to me the other day and I absolutely LOVE the bike! It was well packaged, box in very good condition. They took great care in wrapping everything nice and neatly. It took a little over an hour to to put together but that's because I suffer from a bad back and had to take breaks now and again. That's another reason why I choose Qlife for my tricycle, they are about 80% or more already assembled. Took the trike out and I was a little intimidated at first. It's a whole different enchilada. But after about 15 minutes I was golden. I researched tricycles for literally over 2 months. The one concern I had about this particular tricycle from Qlife was that it was a single speed bike. And many of my routes I take to run errands have hills and I thought I was going to be struggling but I'm happy to report my concerns to be unfounded as the Triker took those hills like a hot knife through butter. The peddle assist blazed me up the incline. All in all I'm very satisfied adding the Qlife Triker 2.0 to my other Qlife step thru ebikes I believe in their quality for the value!
