I've been using Qeepsake for almost 5 years, and it makes it so easy to preserve memories for my kids. I love it.

There are a lot of repeat questions. Also some of the questions just seem like a waste of time. I wish it would have prompted me to answer a lot of these questions when they were age appropriate so I could have better documented them.

Hi Sheena, thank you for choosing Qeepsake to capture your memories and providing this feedback! While Qeepsake’s bank of questions continues to grow to capture the nuances of life, we do have ones designed to repeat so families can see how their answers change with time. With that being said, if there are questions you find overly repetitive, please give us a chance to investigate by emailing [email protected] and we'd be happy to help!

I love that I can record memories and make a baby book for my kids without having to take time out of my busy day to do it however I’m annoyed that the same questions keep being asked over and over and over again.

I dislike that the integration with Facebook is gone. Makes it a little more time consuming making sure i put entries into the app.

Hi Shirley, thank you for your honest feedback! Unfortunately, due to a policy update that Meta launched, we can no longer add your Instagram and Facebook posts to Qeepsake anymore. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. As always, you can text or use our app, and your saved memories remain safe with us. Over all it is good. My main issue is the videos can’t be viewed in the weekly recap.
Response from QeepsakeMar 24, 2023
Hi Kyle, thank you for providing us with your feedback! We know how important it is to share videos with loved ones, which is why we include animated gifs of your videos in recap emails. This way your recap recipients can get a nice preview of your video without sacrificing your family's privacy and security!

So fun to capture memories that you may not want to share on social media!

I like the text prompts and the ability to add photos. I get a little overwhelmed in trying to make books. Sadly, some things can be tough as my daughter had special needs… have you considered another version to address that?
Response from QeepsakeMar 23, 2023
Hi Gwenn, we sincerely apologize for your experience with Qeepsake. Inclusivity and serving all kinds of families is Qeepsake's most important value and feedback like this helps us continue to build a better experience for all of our members.
