I ordered a FERS court order online. I may have to do some minor tailoring but the product I received seems suitable and the support analyst I called regarding the court order was very helpful. I have not submitted it to the Court or to OPM, so my final assessment is still pending.

Wow. This service was amazing! I was able to draft my own QDRO for $299 when ten years ago my divorce attorney told me that it would cost me a couple thousand dollars for him to do it. Based on that I did not proceed with it at that time and now, ten years later, I needed to get this done and checked out online services. QdroDesk came up first in my search and I liked what I read so I called them the next day with a few questions. The person that I spoke with was so helpful so I decided to go through with it. After completing the questions today and having my draft QDRO, I couldn't be more thrilled. You do have to have the information but if you have all your paperwork, you should be able to do it pretty easily.

The online QDRO creation was straightforward with guidance provided at almost every step as you work your way through the process. I was a bit hesitant to spend the money and go for it, but now very happy that I did. One pleasant surprise was the available phone support which I called twice; once to initially inquire about the service itself and another time regarding a general question. In both instances my call was answered almost immediately by a human and each time the support person was extremely knowledgeable, professional and helpful providing complete information, fully answering my questions. One other plus was the free review of the QDRO once completed to help catch any mistakes or potential issues, and the ability to change the document as often as needed to get it right. This helped give me a level of confidence that I would never have had otherwise. Totally satisfied, and would definitely use the service again and recommend to others.

I’m still in the process of submitting a QDRO. So far so good
