ZERO tech support, ZERO customer service. DO NOT buy anything from Pyle Audio. I purchased a $200 cassette deck to transfer 600 cassettes to my computer. No instructions how to do this. Contacted them, go a 5-word response that didn't answer my question. 3 follow-up emails were ignored. Luckily, I purchased this through Amazon and am getting a full refund.

I bought a Pyramid power supply which broke within days of light use. The manufacturer's warranty is useless and they want me to pay for shipping so I can wait 6 weeks to see if they MIGHT be able to fix it, their customer support does anything they can to get out of making things right, and judging by other reviews, it seems this company produces a lot of faulty "lemon" products.

-Product not properly work -Call customer service too much waiting time and reply via email, so many times -If the product is defective, the company sends different refurbished products.

Purchased 4 each PLG 64 woofer speakers on Wish website. I'm happy with the product thus far, tested the speakers and they handle the prescribed power.

The first issue, the remote won't work unless it is mere feet from the unit, I contacted them to see about another and was told, "sorry we don't have any, will keep you posted IF we get more." Then came the serious issues; the bluetooth to the unit I am playing through it doesn't work mostly at all, Keeps disconnecting and connecting even if the device is right next to this unit. When the blue tooth does work all channels except channel one are attenuated. I contacted them, via email, which seems to be the only way and took a week and a half to finally get to where they told me to return the unit for repair. It will cost 52.00 for shipping and they DO NOT PROVIDE SHIPPING. I COULD GO ON, but do your home-work look at other reviews, THESE PEOPLY SUCK. DON'T LET THEM HAVE YOUR MONEY.

Purchased a PMXU63BT new and had some technical issues and questions. The ONLY way to get to Tech support is via email. We went back and forth a few times with me testing each issue and tech support "solutions" (which did not work). They were terse telling me to read the manual. They were less the helpful. What could have been a 10 min. phone call has now gone on for weeks! BAD BAD BAD

Bought a PDWM3400 off Amazon. Did not work, then technical support advised just to return it through Amazon because it is faster. Second unit still did not work. Technical support said return it and get a different Pyle model because there is a "bad batch." Did not try to make it right. Buyer Beware. Go with a stand up company.
