Had a consultation for acne. Wanted to be treated again with doxycycline like I had been in the past. Also wanted 2 months worth. My prescription was processed, and I was given a week’s worth. $65 for something that is going to be useless.

PUSH Health is great- it is NOT a scam-…
PUSH Health is great- it is NOT a scam- it is completely legit. I typed in my info, made my request, they matched me with a provider and she approved my prescription - the whole deal took maybe 10 minutes. It costs about the same as a visit to urgent care but it is way more convenient since you don't have to go anywhere. I'm on my way to go get my prescription, very happy!

Very pleased with professionalism & service
I had to go out of state to care for my father due to COVID. I needed a common prescription filled. The NP asked all the pertinent questions I’d expect, was very thorough. The prescription was filled and to my chosen pharmacy within an hour. I did have to call pharmacy & provide my insurance information. I was very pleased with the professionalism and service.

Push Health is a scam
My girlfriend had a uti recently and saw a real doctor who prescribed antibiotics and had her sorted in days. Some weeks later I developed kidney pain and other symptoms just like hers. I used pushhealth instead if my insurance because insurance is always a nightmare.
I explained to the push health employee my issues and my girlfriend's diagnosis. I was told men don't get utis and that was the end of it.
A total scam!
$60 essentially stolen.

AWESOME SERVICE!
I would highly recommend this option to anyone who cannot obtain a Dr.'s appointment. I don't have insurance, or a regular physician. I am typically in good health, but I needed an antibiotic. Without medical coverage, I was looking at a trip to the ER just for some Amoxicillin. This service was extremely helpful! The service was not very expensive, at $60, & the medical provider was kind, thorough, & extremely efficient in regards to time. They even called my pharmacy directly and messaged me that my prescription was ready. I am very grateful to have had this option. I would use them again & I would recommend to anyone faced with similar needs. Great service. Two thumbs up.

Thanks for nothing.
TL/DR: Terrible service. Provider was totally unresponsive for four days.
While on vacation, I developed a flare up of inflammatory arthritis. I submitted a request for a short course of corticosteroids as that has relieved such attacks in the past. PushHealth has a separate webpage which specifically states and advertises that their providers will prescribe corticosteroids. Because it was the weekend, I was out of state in an unfamiliar area, and Covid, I wanted to avoid going to urgent care.
I submitted the request very early on Sunday morning. An hour later the assigned provider, Simeon O., asked me a follow up question on when was the last time I had been prescribed a steroid course. I responded to her quickly that I couldn't recall the exact date, but it had been approximately a year. I also submitted a photo of my swollen joint.
Then I waited. And waited. I sent a follow up message 12 hours later with another picture of the joint (now more swollen) and said things were worsening. Monday passed with no response or activity. On Tuesday night, I sent a message. By Wednesday morning, my joint had reached the point I had no choice but to go to urgent care.
Push says providers typically respond within 24 hours. As of Wednesday morning, I had received I no response. I understand if the provider felt she could not approve the request for whatever reason or wanted to suggest a different treatment (that is obviously her right as she has to do what's in her medical judgment), but she should have said that promptly. She should not have left me in limbo for days.
I will never use this service again. I don't recommend this service AT ALL unless your situation is such that you can wait a week to have a provider approve or deny your request.
On the positive end, they did refund my money promptly. However, the provider never apologized for leaving me in limbo. (If she had, I would have been willing to give Push another try.)

It was a Godsend
Over the Christmas-New Year holiday I had a terrible UTI with nowhere to turn as I am recently retired expat returning overseas and now living in Orlando.
This service was a godsend.
I was quickly matched with a physician who immediately prescribed a regiment of antibiotics and on New Years day a followup for steroid cream. I cannot thank the platform and the Doctor enough. If you have a problem, there is a solution and Push Health was it

I’m a 52 year old female -5 stars from me
I’m a 52 year old female, mother , grandmother and I had been waiting 2 weeks to see a dermatologist. All the while my discomfort was getting worse - to the point i could not sleep at night . At 4:30am i found Push Health online and decided to give it a try . By 6:30 am a dr reached out to me , was professional, thorough, asked all the same medical questions you would at any dr including all meds , symptoms, medical history etc . He promptly answered several of my questions. By 9 am I not only had a lab order , i also had a prescription called into my local pharmacy. He even followed up with me to make sure I received everything. I could not have asked for better service . Not only would I definitely use this again, I have downloaded the app and have told all my friends to stop waiting weeks for a 5 minute visit - sitting in waiting rooms - when you can get an immediate response . Of course your experience will be based on the dr you get . But bottom line for me is the dr was great . I’m not a computer savy person- the app was easy and they made the lab and prescription process so easy . There was not one bad thing I can say . I have read some of the other comments on here about insurance and costs . That did not come up and was not asked However the medication I got was $6.58 at Publix . So i don’t know how insurance works through here but I had no issue . I suggest just to ask the dr you get.
5 stars from me .
