Unprofessional and very impersonal.my script was ordered on 1/15/26 and I still hadn’t received it by 3/18/26. I sent a message to my provider Patrick Curry, ARNP-BC and his response was “ Call your pharmacy. I sent it months ago. I do not work for the pharmacy.” Luckily, I did speak with the pharmacy and they didn’t have my updated insurance info and now they are getting it ready. But how unprofessional and honestly quite rude to respond that way.

I was interested in the weight lose shots and a friend gave me this information. At first things were fine. However the last 2 orders were wrong. They did not prescribe me enough medicine. I emailed the physician I had been working wth and the last time she never got back to me. It has now been over 2 weeks. I guess it is time to find someone else

The time waiting for a script approval is ridiculous. Someone could die waiting for it.

I started using the app on 6/27 asking for a common GI medicine that I can't get over the counter. I chose a PA to help me, but the PA said they needed a doctor to help with the request so they sent me to another doctor on the app. That doctor didn't respond at all. At this point I had paid $69. So then I cancelled everything and tried again but now the fee is $89 (why did it increase?). That doctor did not respond either. I had to email and ask them to move that doc from my file to find me another in hopes they would respond. I am starting to worry this is not legit.

Kathleen Menold is a total nasty lady. She is condescending too. She was prescribing me medication and I really didn’t care for her at all. I had to change medication to a different brand and she started me out on a the lowest dose and it didn’t work. Mounjaro 12.5 was what I was taking and she dropped me to 2.0 of semiglutite. It is a waste of money and doesn’t work. I told her that and she deleted the prescription and stopped responding. She got her year with me and she’s done. My daughter and husband were also using her but not now. We would never recommend such a rude Nurse that can prescribe medication as she’s not a doctor. Apparently she thinks she’s God and will treat you anyway she wants you’re at their mercy. I have found another company that is much better and less expensive. Don’t waste your money with these people. They don’t care also she wrote me a prescription that my insurance company would not honor and she refused to give me a refund or write me a different prescription. She said I could use it sometime in the future which she knows I cannot. Just a license to steal pretty much.

Signing up was easy, communication is generally timely however their providers charge different amounts and follow different protocols. I was being charged 117$ a month for a one month refill, a friend was being charged 89$ for a 90 day refill of the exact same medication. I discontinued using their services.

Everything went smoothly and fast .... However when I got my medicine from the drugstore I saw there were no refills. Normally when you get a prescription from most Doctors it comes with 2 or 3 refills. Having to pay the doctor fee each month to get the medicine refill seems unfair. I'm going to check and see if I can find some better options elsewhere

At best a 2. Doctor was great. Their “care” team is illiterate and can’t think for themselves. They push for constant telemedicine appointments and it gets old. I had several issues and none of which the care team could handle. I went to a brick and mortar healthcare facility and had the issue cleared up in an hour. DO NOT go to these people unless you are doing something shady yourself. You ask a question and their response is to make an appointment two days later. Terrible
