My dermatologist could not see me until October. I reached out to Push for 75 prednisone pills to help with inflammation. I emailed telling them I asked for 75 because I take 5 pills a day for first five days then 4 the next five days then 3 the next five until one a day for last five days. The provider subscribed only 30. They have refused to resolve this and the provider only responded once and ignored my other emails. Just a waste of $65 and time.

Doctor Frank Lee was great at first with fast response and refilling my prescription but now I can’t get a response for many days and he does not fill my prescription but says he did and it shows canceled. I went with a different company “callondoc” that filled my prescription right away for cheaper.

With doctors offices closed during this pandemic it was impossible for me to get my prescription refilled for my eczema. Contacted Push Health, got the script within 24 hours, there was a slight hiccup with the directions which caused a delay, however the money I saved with the office visit and online cost of the prescription was fricken awesome! It was totally worth it!

First time use was fast and easy. Second time use the nurse practitioner sent in Rx just as quickly as the first time (less than 10 minutes). However the pharmacy could not fill the RX because the directions she gave to take it did not make sense. She prescribed 20 pills but said to take 1 tab per day for 10 days. The pharmacy tried to call 2 times that day to get clarification with no response or call back. Second day the pharmacy called 3 times, I sent 2 messages and 1 email with no response. Knowing how quickly they respond to new requests I put in a new request with no medical problem explaining exactly what I said in previous messages and email. I got a response in less than 10 minutes from the nurse practitioner saying " you know I do have another job. I'll get to it when I get a chance.". Day 3 she called the pharmacy and corrected the problem. Now my wound is showing signs of infection that no doubt the antibiotic will take care of eventually. If I could have demanded a refund and went with a different company I would have but it's impossible to get ahold of anyone using the phone number given on the website.

Charged me twice the going rate for a coronavirus antibody test, asking no questions before approval. I was quite sick a week before so I wanted to know. The results came back fast, the next morning. It said Negative but the first line of the report stated in bold “It takes at least 10 days for the antibodies to build up for a positive reading”. So the test was worthless to me. Since they charged me twice what Quest is charging (where they sent me) I asked for another test in a week or so and they just replied with group message reply about how to be safe. Unscrupulous money hungry outfit. ~rbt

We did not have any problem with Push Health. My parents needed to renew their prescription urgently. The process was very fast and easy, the doctor answered the messages right away. He also helped my parents with changing the pharmacy, so they got their medication as quick as possible. Thank you!

I inquired about refilling a thyroid prescription that I had been filling at an online pharmacy. The nurse Janna Mustafi proceeded to be extremely rude and judgmental and implied that I did not the medication and was using the pandemic to get away with something. There was no empathy or consideration for a potential client. I contacted another online service and was given a maintenance supply of the medication and will do the lab work when the pandemic is over. There are better providers then Push! Update: the consultation conversation has now been deleted from my account!

Dishonest - stay away! My request for Cipro was first assigned to a doctor and then rejected. A total refund was supposed to be credited/reversed to my Amex account immediately. Then, two days later, a doctor (whom I did not select) notified me and said she would fill the prescription - however, she said my Amex info would need to be entered again - or she said I could become one of her patients. At this point, I received so many contradictory emails that I was no longer interested. To make matters worse, I only authorized $89 for the full service, and your company tried to put through (2) charges - one for $49.99 and one for $99.99 on my Amex. Total rip-off.
