Total Scam. 12 hrs Post steroid shot - extreme shoulder pain. Worst I've ever had. Advil and Tylenol - no relief. Middle of the night - Dr's office closed, didn't want to go to Urgent Care due to COVID. NP didn't seem to understand what I was saying. Responses were anywhere from 10mins to an hour. Finally offered an arthritis medication - then told me to call my Dr. and cancelled the session. Clearly, if he was open - I would have.

So far, SCAM. 4-6 weeks after my "consultation," (what a joke, I bet a 4th year med student could do better -- at least they care and have supervisors!), no meds. the "doctor" screwed up the authorization three times; was impossible to ever reach (no phone, no direct email); and when I got the co-pay it was $358...NO WHERE NEAR the $0 I had been promised. Nor was I eve told -- I first read it here!) that ALL prescriptions were for one month, and any refills cost another $64.99. SCAM by omission; SCAM by failing to deliver; SCAM by completely forgetting what "Customer Service" means. And check out his five 1-Star Ratings from his OWN hospital. STAY AWAY.

I used them I would give more stars but I want my review to be 1000% real. Im from Ohio they are legit they sent my meds to Kroger pharmacy. Reason I know 2 stars off is because they did not give me any information at all just me meds.I have to figure everything else out on my own. Also the meds they gave me were 1000 dollars for 2 pills.They asked is that ok for the meds like 3 times now I know why.Im thinking your the Dr how would I know.My insurance wouldnt cover the meds so I used GoodRx and got 4 pills for 150 cash they were just different mg.But the service is real and legit its 65 bucks.I am not paid I wish I was trust me.They prob deserve 4 or 5 stars but they could have asked me a few questions or offered me some information or even recommended me some vitamins which the worms caused me anemia im playing internet doctor and I think its an eye worm so my meds wont even work im gonna need surgery.I got my other meds from 1800 pet meds when they tell youi that you cannot take pet meds let me tell you this.The difference in human meds and pet meds is the label its like human water and dog water.Now certain medications are for animals only but when its amoxicillin or something it is the same stuff people said I wouldn't take fish pills im like you idiot its not fish pills I could write alien pillls on here ioyts the same thing .Also it is fairly quickbut you havw to keep waiting for them to talk to a dr and write you back really its a good service

Lying thieves. We got a script for two weeks of medicine for what should be long term (months). The "doctor-NP" (Shalonda Myles) asked cursory questions and then repeated questions because she either didn't keep or access records. This is a money grab.
