It is very easy to use their site and having a physician on staff that is available for my needs and that I can count on is very important to me.

Nicole Baldwin is a joke. She always seemed clueless and I had to tell her what to prescribe me and what was safe to take with my other medication because she didn't know. I recently asked for a refill of my medication and she said she couldn't fill a larger quantity as I had requested because she "wasn't the original prescriber." I replied immediately letting her know that she was the original prescriber of the medication. One day later and still no response and no answer to my refill request. I have now canceled the request and have chose to leave Push Health. I found a better fit for my needs with a provider who is prompt and professional. Please look into Nicole Baldwin. She is dangerous for this platform. She is absolutely clueless and comes across as careless and rude. $90 for shotty answers plus the cost of meds. What a joke. Please delete my profile or let me know how I can. The absolute worst company and I want nothing to do with this.

Total scam, if you ask me. Got the prescription, no pharmacy will fill it. They need to set up with pharmacies, or this can't work. Our whole medical system is a sham at this point, due to wuhan

Easily transferred prescription to a pharmacy that would dispense the medication.

I had a quick consult explaining my issue, needed and got a PA written and submitted, was ACCEPTED by my insurance, and then Rx called in all within about a week.

I had a problem getting my prescription at my pharmacy because their fax machine was down. Push Health did call my pharmacy and straighten it out. The doctor also reached out to make sure I got my prescription. This is a legit business. Customer service may be slow sometimes but they have always been helpful.

They are a scam yes they send a prescription… but they won’t do the work for a prior authorization.. this is not even located in the better business bureau’s page ! And how all the pictures look extra filtered ??
