My experience has been great. I have utilized Push Health 4 or 5 times due to my primary care Dr appointments take too long to schedule plus my job requirements don’t always allow me to be local.
My virtual Dr. Cheryl is very prompt and even gets back on Sunday’s. That is unheard of even with my local provider.

Got my prescription, no problems!
Reviews on this site had me freaking out trying to figure out if I needed to find a way to get my money back. Y’all are ridiculous! I really needed the rx I got today and couldn’t go to a doctor. Everything worked out fine! Approval was prompt and I had my prescription in hand within a few hours with no issues. People need to stop throwing around the word ‘scam’ so lightly, some people need these services and all you’re doing is freaking them out. I almost backed out on something I badly needed when I would have received it no problem, I’m really glad I didn’t and got what I needed. Thanks so much Push Health!!

IT'S A MONEY SCAM!!!
Jan 2023, PUSH Health charged me $64.99 for their service, but my first provider charged me an additional $89.53 for a professional fee. Feb 2023, same provider charged me $114.99 for a refill of my meds. Then, pharm says they didn't have the rx, so I messaged provider via app - NO RESPONSE for 4 days! Called PUSH Health - VOICEMAIL, had to leave a message (5 days later they responded via email).
I had to call the provider's office to ask them to call in the rx again. VIA email, I asked PUSH health for another provider.
My second provider didn't respond to my messages via the App. when I needed the rx dosage changed because the pharm didn't have it in stock. I had to request another rx refill and was charged another $94.99 just to get my medication. Again, called PUSH health - NO ANSWER, HAD TO LEAVE VOICEMAIL!!!
A week later, they finally responded with an email - asking if everything worked out?
If you are paying for a service, at minimum, you should be able to speak with someone. Especially if it's concerning your health - the provider should respond to text messages because your wellbeing is at risk.

Push Health is a scam!
They take your money, and then the prescription cannot be refilled, do to an insurance issue. When asked for my money back, they said no. This company is a scam!!

Worked great!
Some of the reviews made me skeptical of this place, but it worked amazingly.
The online survey to get some help was quick and easy and to the point.
It took about 20 minutes for me to be matched with a provider and only a few more to get the approval on my prescription.
I had it approved and prescription in hand in less time that it would have taken me to get in to see my regular doctor and for a lot less than an office visit costs.

Harmony Vance NP is the best
Harmony Vance, NP is wonderful! I have been using her since last August when I started Mounjaro! Recently my pharmacy was out of 7.5mg and so I was frantically trying to figure out what to do. My NP told me about a compounded version, so she switched me to that and I received it 2 days later and I never even had to talk to the pharmacy. This month though, they had 10mg in at my pharmacy and she was more than happy to switch me back. She also got me approved for WeGovy for when the voucher expires in June! Highly recommend her
