I have a UTI, and could not get a timely appt. I had used Push in the past and received good care. This time I did not. I received an unsympathetic comment. I am very upset, and must wait for care.

Su Fairchild, MD Is very fast at getting back to me and prescribing my medication. Very pleased and will be continuing to have her as my doctor.

The provider didn’t seem to understand English very well. Therefore sent the incorrect prescription to my pharmacy. I expressed that one wasn’t covered but the one I wanted was. She sent the uncovered prescription now I’m out of my 64.99 and my prescription. They do not return emails or calls. They take your money and write you off. They don’t care if their provider doesn’t do their job and you get ripped off. I certainly got ripped off I would not use this service. It may be a scheme. Addendum: today Push reached out to me after three weeks of messages by phone and email. There’s hope for the rest of you.

I had a very positive experience. They ask if you want to see a doctor, a nurse, etc. but I chose "no preference." That way they don't have to wait to find a doctor. I got a lovely Nurse Practitioner, Amanda Ralph, APRN, FNP-C. She asked for pics of my issue, then I also sent a copy of my driver's license (I'm sure it has to be current.) Then she simply sent my RX to HEB. It's been about 2 hours and HEB just called and said my RX was ready! Thanks, Amanda/Push Health. Like what y'all are doing here!

Fast, simple, no pressure to receive the medication I requested. Highly recommend.

At first I was happy with Push Health. They set me up with a doctor and I was able to get a prescription. However, the doctor appeared to be a bait and switch type person. I received a 6 month prescription and tried to transfer from 1 pharmacy to another after 1 month and the doctor no longer prescribes the prescription but only offers their own "compound" that insurance doesn't cover. My insurance covers the prescription I already received. Why would I switch it.

expedient and fairly priced. got what I needed fast and on the road back to health.

My prescriber told me Push Health no longer prescribes Mounjaro which I take for Diabetes so I requested a new prescriber and haven’t gotten it yet I’m very dissatisfied after referring 7 of my friends to her!
