Sarah Callihan with The Purpose Company provided me with a framework, insights and language that helped me work through what path, roles, and experiences would be ideal for me as I enter my next chapter in my career. Some information was validating while a lot of it was eye opening. I love that it gave me the words I needed to help me illustrate why a possible employer should choose me! And Sarah was so easy to talk to, she had great perspective, and really helped me create a better vision for myself!

The Purpose Factor assessment helped clarify a lot of thoughts and feelings I had about myself. It gave me words and permission to describe what I had been thinking and feeling. And to know that I'm not the only one driven by these beliefs. Going through my results with Tarek was even more insightful. He's a master at helping you focus on the most important aspects of your results, and then tying them to an immediate action you can take that day to put them to practice. I'd 100% recommend.

The Purpose Factor assessment is a thoughtful and accessible tool for self-reflection. It brought both a sense of validation and new insights to explore. My follow-up conversation with Tarek was incredibly helpful—his genuine curiosity and care allowed for honest reflection. A great experience for anyone exploring purpose or navigating a transition.

Working with Kenny at The Purpose Company has been the key to what I have been trying to understand about myself. I wasn’t sure what I was getting into when I was answering the questions of the assessment, but after our first session of going through the results… I have never felt so understood!

The clarity that was brought forth was amazing. Bringing to light what my purpose factor is brought a sense of meaning to my life. Everyone has a purpose, you just have to find it. And this helped so much.

As these types of assessments go, some of the questions had me wondering where they were taking me, but in the end, the detailed report was super helpful. There are actionable insights into strengths and weaknesses and true value in the descriptions. I highly recommend scheduling a debrief with a coach to maximize the timeliness of the value.
