Carolyn Rubin, Did an amazing job giving our manager information on our personality and growth as individuals. Very informative.

Carolyn rubin, came with alot of knowledge and helped with any questions I may have had. Great speaker.

Carolyn Rubin was my facilitator and she did a great job going over everyone’s assessments with the team. She helped everyone to realize how they can turn their unhealthy state and turn it into a healthy state. I also loved hearing about the purpose statement and core values and beliefs. She showed us a better understanding of ourselves and our team dynamic.

I had an eye-opening session with Sarah Callihan, a licensed Purpose Factor facilitator. She did a fantastic job of walking me through my Purpose assessment and asking incredibly thorough follow up questions that allowed me to dig even deeper during our session. She gave me fantastic insights to consider as I discover my Purpose and followed up afterwards with several suggestions/action steps for me. I truly appreciate Sarah’s coaching and look toward to future sessions with her!

I attended Book Camp in June of 2025. The content was solid and unlike other similar events the in-person event was only the beginning. In addition to information about how to structure and market your book, there is support for cover design and an ongoing accountability group to continue support through the writing process. If you are considering writing a book to highlight your expertise, I would highly recommend The Purpose Company's Book Camp!

I was halfway through reading my assessment and I felt so seen. Such an amazing tool. I was so inspired, I had my entire team go through it and it fostered some strong connections as we each shared our values and results, and what it meant to us. It was so impactful, I decided to go through the facilitator certification so I can help others through this tool. It's incredibly powerful!

The Purpose Factor Assessment was, for me, an accurate and supportive tool that helped me identify and articulate my purpose in ways I did not previously have words for. I found the report to be encouraging and it serves as an excellent springboard to evaluate my present and future options. Working with Jean Abbott as a guide to help me better understand the results and how to apply them to my life was invaluable. She was curious, asked meaningful questions, and helped deepen my understanding of the results! I really see the value of working with a coach to make the most of this tool!

Thank you Stephanie Johnson! Stephanie and I recently went over my Purpose Factor Assessment results, and I left very confident in moving forward in my purpose with deeper clarity. I'm familiar with my purpose and what fulfills me, but Stephanie was able to help me dig deeper and it was done in a way that made me feel extremely comfortable and safe to open up the conversation to explore those thoughts and feelings. She was knowledgeable, professional, warm, and was actively listening in a way that I felt heard and supported. Thank you, Stephanie, for lighting up my path a little brighter in my purpose discovery journey as our session together will definitely be instrumental in how I move forward in my own purpose journey, but also how I serve others. If you've taken the Purpose Factor Assessment, I would highly recommend Stephanie Johnson to be your facilitator in getting the clarity around who you are, why you are here, what drives you, and how you can use that to gain the clarity and fulfillment you are looking for in your life and your next steps. Thanks again, Stephanie!
