I worked with an excellent facilitator. She helped me see my strengths through the Purpose Factor process. I can see where to focus my energy moving forward. I also see what to avoid to keep myself from getting stuck. Overall a great process and it's a lot of information to digest once the assessment is done. I am grateful.

I am in the middle of a career break and actively seeking "what's next". My biggest criteria is to find work that fulfills me. Eric introduced me to The Purpose Factor at the right time! And I can confidently saw that I walked away from our session with absolute clarity on the type of work that really fulfills and energizes me. Admittedly, I was surprised that "Teacher" was my natural advantage - my acquired skills, pull-passion, and origin strength not so much - but, by the end of my introductory session, it was clear that was actually the right fit! What was really an "aha" moment for me was a slide he showed with Healthy & Unhealthy States for my Teacher type. The "Unhealthy State" described exactly where I was before my career break and why we were having this conversation at all. Over the hour, Eric challenged me about where I could apply this today, forcing me to think deeply about what I am doing and why. Through this conversation, I found myself getting more animated about a few projects I was looking into, projects that aligned closely to my Purpose. This is (and was) the sort of clarity I needed as I move forward.

I did not know what to expect however this assessment really opened my eyes to strengths I didn’t realize I had. Jeff really made the assessment come alive in ways other such endeavors have not. Jeff has so much insight into this content and is well equipped to impart his knowledge to others. I am excited to continue investing in this content and pushing forward to a life fulfilled.

As someone who has done 8+ assessments and has very little respect for them, I was blown away with the way the assessment gave the detailed and relevant answers. Jeff Knapp was an Amazing coach to walk me through the results and help me identify my strengths, see my potential blind spots and help develop a plan for me to be successful. I strongly recommend to anyone that is looking for a assessment that is more than generic action steps to use the Purpose Factor and have Jeff Knapp coach them on how to implement the insights discovered in the Purpose Factor.

Loved my one-on-one purpose discovery sessions with Pamela. She really helped me connect my assessment results to real-world examples of how I can use my purpose as a strength. I've done a lot of assessments and this is by far the most comprehensive is useful.

I take a lot of assessments because I'm always in search of how to make the most of what this life has given me. For the first time, TPF identified where my strengths are (both natural and accrued skills) and put words to what ultimately fulfills me - and I'm excited about its accuracy! It's definitely provided the framework I need to understand which projects to pursue (or not) and most importantly, what truly provides fulfillment.
