Coaches Brian and Christi Vaupel are outstanding! They lead by example, using the Purpose Factor Assessment to help families uncover their purpose and fulfillment factors so they can live, play, and work better together as a team—blending instead of breaking, just as their business name perfectly captures. They genuinely care about teaching others how to fulfill their own purpose and contribute to the well-being of communities.

My husband and I wholeheartedly recommend The Purpose Factor for families. A year ago, our family was struggling—not only in our relationships, but also with understanding where God was leading us and what our family’s purpose truly was. Through the Purpose Factor Assessments and the Family Purpose Experience with Brian, Christi, Abigail, and Faith Vaupel, we gained clarity, direction, and a renewed sense of meaning. Today, our family is excitedly embracing a new adventure and confidently stepping into the purpose God has revealed to us. The experience helped us identify our family’s unique calling and gave us the tools to move forward together with intention and faith. Looking back, we genuinely believe that without this journey, we would not have had the same understanding, confidence, or sense of purpose as we begin this new chapter in a new place. Thank you, Brian, Christi, Abigail, and Faith, for your wisdom, encouragement, and guidance throughout this life-changing experience. We are so grateful for the impact you have had on our family. — The Torrez Family

Eric is awesome!! I learned so much about myself by taking the Purpose Factor Assessment. Eric did an awesome job helping me identify where I need to be so that my skills and traits are in alignment with my purpose. This is a true game changer!!

Working with Coach Arthur McKibben after taking the Purpose Factor Assessment was eye-opening. I have been coaching on purpose for years, and this gave me language to use, as well as identified some blind spots and gave more clarity as I move forward in my business. Because of Arthur, I am now paying it forward by helping others find their purpose through being a Licensed Facilitator and Coach with the Purpose Factor®

Outstanding tool. Outstanding coaches! I read my assessment results and said, "Wow. That's pretty much me!" You have to follow it up with the coaching, because the one thing I thought didn't fit made more sense with the coaching. I highly recommend it for anyone who isn't 100% certain of, and aligned with, their purpose.

The Purpose Company helped me understand more about myself and how I’m uniquely wires led to help others in a way that brings me joy. They’ve given me a confidence I didn’t know I had.

When I first took the Purpose Factor Assessment and received my report, I thought to myself Holy Cow!!! This is a game-changer for me, personally, and for my clients as a Personal and Executive Coach. Using PURPOSE as the foundation of a personal growth conversation is not only brilliant but also highly effective. My advice is now, if you are looking to gain extreme clarity with conviction, this is the process to make that happen.

I started working with the Purpose Factor in late December. The assessment is wonderful but more important is the guidance, motivation and coaching from Gab, Brian and Eric. It has been an outstanding experience and I am now a Certified Purpose Factor Coach. I am excited to assist teams and individuals to explore their purpose and achieve personal fulfillment and their career or organizational goals.
