I was so happy with my filters. Having an older home it was impossible to find the right filter and those build your own washable ones just didn't cut it. Though it took some time to get I was impressed with the great fit. All you needed was the correct measurements and they do the rest. Thanks

Right size labeled on filter but not same size compared to filters needed. Quality control problem. Called to request solution but transfered to voicemail. Still no response after 24hr. Let's hope for Tuesday a resolution since I spent $125 on these filters

easy ordering this product. No problem with product, but very slow processing and delivering . Took over 2 weeks to deliver. We just bought house and filter was very very dirty and needed changed. No one here had the size we needed so I ordered from company. Was m ot given a delivery time until we got the confirmation email. Then was told what day would be shipped, which was almost 2 weeks away. Will still order from company, but will order sooner next time.
