We ordered six furnace filters, which were shipped via FedEx. When they arrived something heavy had been stacked on top of the box and all six of the filters were dented on that side and were unusable. We immediately contacted Purolator Air Filters and they did not have that filter at their location, but had an upgrade and shipped those out the same day to replace the damaged ones. Excellent service on replacing the damaged items - thank you!

I recently purchased a box of 12 1x16x20 Filters for my HVAC unit. The package arrived in excellent condition in a timely manner. My only reservations are that there did not seem to be a way to track the order through the process and, after a couple of days, I received a separate invoice that indicated that I should submit payment if I hadn't already (I had). I appreciated the full invoice, but was slightly confused by the request for payment. Other than those minor issues, I was very happy with the experience and will re-order from PurolatorAirFilters the next time I need replacements.

This company is a FANTASTIC seller because I ordered one (1) box of 12 Purolator air filters and THEY SENT ME TWO BOXES OF 12 EACH. They only charged me for one (1) box. Could you ask for anything more? I will call the company to thank them for their generosity but see if I can return the extra box of 12. As Mark Twain once said, "You can't make money running a railroad by giving free rides." The free box of filters is a clever tactic to enhance repeat business but it makes me feel ethically flummoxed to keep the extra box. However, good try Air Cleaning Specialists, Inc. Good try!

The ease of ordering the specialized air filters for our home was/is excellent. The notification of the date shipped, carrier used and ETD, made it as easy to plan for receiving the filters. I have no reservation in giving Purolator Air Filters a five star rating.
