Good job, took slightly too long to organize shipping

I shopped all over town, even called our Heating & Air Service but could not find the size filters we needed. The PurolatorAirFilters.com site was easy to navigate, product shipped & arrived on time, and pricing was excellent. Should have started here & I will next time!

Our church has 8 HVAC units that require new HVAC filters about once each year. We install the filters ourself and had been purchasing them from a national industrial supply company. When they closed their local branch office we started comparing prices and found that Air Cleaning Specialists was over 33% cheaper with higher rated and better quality Purolator filters. I made a mistake on the first order by not allowing for adequate standard shipping time so we were in danger of not meeting our scheduled installation date. So I phoned the Air Cleaning Specialists customer representative and she contacted the factory and they got the shipment to us two days early at no additional cost. We were very pleased with the whole experience and fully intend to purchase from them again.

Very nice experience. I work for an HVAC distributor but we no longer sell Purolator filters, in my opinion they are the best. The poly filter is a great option for once a month filter changes. Will certainly buy from them again.

I can't understand why it would take so long to get air filters shipped to my house.....I STILL have not received them!! Good grief!
