I would recommend this company with no reservations. As a new customer, I misunderstood the shipping method and expected arrival time. I have two residences in different states because I'm a caretaker for disabled relatives. Because I go back and forth several times a month, I need to know when my order will arrive so it's not sitting outside with me out of town. The people at Puritan's Pride were kind enough to explain everything to me so I'll know next time which shipping method to choose! Their products are very fresh, and in my opinion they are very effective. Good prices and shipping costs for such high quality and such a wide selection. I will use them again soon! Sam in Alabama

This is certainly not the experience we want you to have with Puritan's Pride. We do offer UPS as a shipping option for expedited delivery. Our regular method of shipping is UPS SurePost®. This service combines the consistency and reliability of the UPS Ground network with final delivery provided by the U.S. Postal Service.
