Have always been happy on product and prices, over many years of buying!

It's a great company for everything except mailing fees. My orders get to me in Italy from Germany and I think that 50$ mailing costs ar too much for a 300$ purchase. When they promote free shiping it is valid only for shiping in nthje US. I think there should be similar promotions for good order coming from out of USA

I received my order but on opening it 3 capsules of Krill Oil wesr broken which was a mess to clean up I sent photos to you but never got a response .I have been a customer for many years also family members I just wanted you to be aware of the problem as this is not the first time this has happened .we have always been satisfied with your products and service. I have been a customer of Puritan's Pride since 1993 and have been quite satisfied with their service and products most of the time. The issues involved were minor and were resolved with no hassle. I have recommended to friends and family and they all become long term customers.

I have been a customer for over 30 years, and I still like the products, and the variety of choices. The products are packed well, so you receive them undamaged each time. I take advantage when there are sales and stock up on the products that keep well and that I take on a regular basis. Puritan helps me stay healthy and I appreciate it.
