First time 15 yrs. I complain. the Beeswax lip balm is hard to open, not the top but bottom ,can't turn I to make it come up ,besides, the one I did get opened was very dry balm. I got 5 of them. can I return them for exchange? last one I got was in a black case ,don't know # ............can you help?

Puritan's Pride has many vitamins to choose from, along with snacks. They offer a survey so customers can identify which vitamins are appropriate. The shipping is fast . On the rare occasion when I had a problem , customer service was very courteous .

I like any liquid vitamins because they are absorbed more readily.

My only complaint is that some of the product information is hard to read/see. I made a mistake, because I couldn't see the information well and got a "powder" version of the product instead of the capsule. They are fast, offer really good prices and have a large variety of products.

I buy all my vitamins form Puritan Pride. I also buy treats for my dog . It is easy and simple and reasonable
