As a cat owner who has fed Fancy Feast to my beloved Athena for years, I’ve noticed significant issues lately. Athena experienced vomiting and refusing to eat, which I finally linked to the recent batches of Fancy Feast cat food. After further research, I found out the manufacturing plant has moved from the US to Thailand. Despite reaching out, the only compensation offered was a $25 Prezi voucher for over $400 worth of cat food that can no longer be used. That is insult to injury. As a concerned pet owner and lover of animals, I’m disappointed and disgusted by these quality issues and hope for better transparency from Fancy Feast moving forward.

Ho acquistato un sacco da 10 kg di croccantini Proplan al coniglio che i miei 4 gatti adorano. Appena aperto, nessuno dei 4 se li è filati, annusano, girano intorno e se ne vanno sdegnati. Mando una mail al servizio clienti che mi chiede una serie di informazioni sul prodotto ricevuto. Non appena rispondo, alle 8 di sera, mi arriva dopo 2 minuti una mail che mi detta insegnamenti sul comportamento dei gatti: evidentemente lascio loro troppo cibo, oppure sono stanche sempre dello stesso prodotto, oppure vanno fuori e mangiano altro, oppure ancora si sa i gatti sono strani. Ho gatti in casa che non escono per strada, quindi mangiano quello che io do loro, vivono con me da almeno 15 anni, quindi direi di conoscerli molto meglio dei signori Purina, in casa ho ben 8 diversi sacchetti di croccantini di gusti uno diverso dall'altro e, va be' che i gatti sono strani, ma che tutti e 4 snobbino quello che finora è stato uno dei loro cibi preferiti mi pare alquanto improbabile. E niente, ho buttato 60 euro, visto che mi hanno risposto ancora che di quello lotto fanno parte 1000 sacchi e solo io mi sono lamentata. Pessimi

Je conteste. Nous avons changé d'alimentation pour nos 7 chiens, plus jamais Purina. Le sac contenant les croquettes avariées (12 kg) a été détruit, uniquement pour éviter qu'elles ne soient consommées par d'autres animaux. Nesle-Purina n'a absolument aucun respect pour le bien-être de vos animaux ni des nôtres. Je n'ai pas de mots pour décrire une entreprise aussi importante et un service client aussi médiocre.

Avant, mes chats aimaient bien les boîtes purina mais maintenant ils en veulent même plus ! J’exige la transparence de fabrication car à mon avis c'est que des produits de sous qualité !!!! J'ai jamais autant donné à manger à ma poubelle depuis quelques temps !!!! Fuyez !!!!!!!!!

Bij google zag ik dat Nestle in het Purina consortium zit, nu heb ik om persoonlijke redenen een bepaalde aversie tegen Nestle. Wanneer je gaat zoeken kom je voldoende tegen dat je dit bedrijf ten gronde wil richten. Maar goed ik ben hier vanwege het Felix natvoer, voorheen aten mijn beide poezen minimaal 3 zakjes per dag, sinds de laatste aankoop van 8x12 pouches likken ze wel de gelei eraf maar dat wat voor vlees/vis moet doorgaan blijft liggen en droogt uit. Nu heb ik het vermoeden dat Purina het e.e.a aan de receptuur heeft veranderd. Ik zou wel eens willen weten in hoeverre de omschrijving van de ingrediënten overeenkomstig is met wat zich in de pouches bevind
