The problem I had is that I open my mouth while I sleep and it would become dislodged. Therefore, it did not stop my snoring. I am sure it will work for most, just not for me.

Product arrived on time and well packaged. This product is less bulky as other products used. The one thing I would recommend is to have more adjustment options. I have bought this product twice and would recommend it.

Customer service was not just unacceptable, it was nonexistent. Don't plan on hearing back from them if you send them an email. Plus, it took them 10 days to ship my order. Once the shipping confirmation came to me, they told me it could be up to 10 days before it was delivered...this could be 20 days AFTER I made my order. $10 to deliver something that cost $3 to deliver and it took forever. Terrible customer service. Buyer beware.

I have been using pure sleep for several years. It has worked well for me and I have recommended it to friends and family.
