I've been using the PureSleep mouthpiece to minimize my snoring for about 8 years now. It is without a doubt the best alternative to much more expensive and difficult to use options. It did take me a couple of months to learn to use well, but to this day it is the most comfortable and effective way to minimize my snoring. This I only know because my wife swears by it !

Ever since I started using the puresleep mouthguard BOTH my wife and I have slept so much better. It doesnt take long at all to get used to and I can now sleep through the night and wake up completely refreshed. I would absolutely recommend this product.
