Mike, thank you very much for being a one of our many repeat customers! At about the time you wrote your review, we received a small number of complaints similar to yours, while normally we receive virtually none. So we did a quality control review, but could not find any possible cause nor could we find any defective units in the samples of the product that we reviewed. However since that time, it seems that the problem must have resolved itself because we stopped receiving those complaints. When you say that you "sent in for a replacement," we assume that you mean that you returned your order so we could exchange it for a new one. That should have happened within less than two -- or at most three -- weeks, so if you've been waiting for months, something obviously has gone very wrong. If you are able to find your order number, we would appreciate it if you could reply to this review with it and we will investigate.
