Sometimes the guard lasts for a week or 3 months. I don’t know why but the guards do work.

I have been using Pure Sleep Mouth Piece for at least the five-years, and probably longer, My wife and I now sleep all night every night. The mouthpiece has been, and is the answer to my snoring problem. I cannot say enough for this product, it actually does just what it says that it can do. Over the years I have tried many products that claim a cure for a snoring problem, Pure Sleep is the only product that actually works. Jerry Hancock, Tucson, Arizona

It definitely helps minimize snoring, according to my wife. However, sometimes it doesn't. I think it depends on how bad you snore, and other factors like the position you sleep. For the first couple of months it made my teeth uncomfortable in the morning, but it would go away after about an hour, after removing the device. After a while the discomfort isn't as bad, but still the, slightly. I have noticed my teeth moving, changing my bite. The change in my bite is the biggest disappointment, however I can't bite my nails anymore due to the poor bite, so that's kind of a good thing, that I don't bite my nails anymore. Biting off a tough piece of meat is more difficult though. I think I need braces now to fix my bite, but I'm 65, hah!

My boyfriend can't thank you enough!! He can sleep soundly now and so can I.

Pure sleep has been a wonderful experience for me. I am able to sleep right through the night without waking up choking from heavy snoring or having my air way collapse to where I am unable to breath. I do tend to drill a lot but that's a minor side effect to getting a good sleep. I am unable to get to sleep wearing a CPAP machine so this is a fantastic replacement. I do find that I was breathing in too much dust and so forth so I now wear a cloth mask to eliminate that issue. I be found that as a returning customer the pure sleep discounts have helped me with cost.
