Hello Jack Duck, Thank you for the product feedback. I am sorry, as it seems this did not meet your expectation. The buddy case is dedicated to various iPad models. It is the world's first-ever antimicrobial iPad kids' case. Kills 99.9% of bacteria with SteriTouch® antibacterial technology. Heavy-duty, drop proof, rugged iPad case. Uses super child-friendly, durable, easy to wash EVA foam; this can protect the device from spills. But this is not waterproof. It cannot save the device when submerged in the water. Your peace of mind is our top priority, and I want to improve your buying experience with us. I have reached out to you via email to achieve this goal. I promise to be as understanding and will immediately layout options or resolutions to help resolve the issue. I am looking forward to your reply. Best regards, Erma Pure Sense Cases - Head of Support

Hello Jay, Please accept my apologies for the shipping hold-ups of your order. I have reviewed this and see what went wrong. Your order was indeed dispatched out via standard shipping instead of express. Further checking on the tracking link, I can see that this has now reached and sorted out at our LAX warehouse. You should receive the package in the next 72 hours. http://track.tablet2cases.com/420992029361269903504338010439 Please be assured that we take this situation very seriously. I have raised a complaint with our logistics team to make sure we take corrective action and avoid any recurrence of your experience. Furthermore, I want to rectify the shipping issue by offering a full refund for the purchase. I have reached out to you via direct email so we can further discuss my offer. I am looking forward to your reply. Sincerely, Erma, Head of Support Pure Sense Cases

Hello Anne Bogdanowicz, I am sorry to read that the buddy case did not provide a proper fit for your tablet. This product line has lots of specific/dedicated cases for a range of Samsung tablet models. Your order information suggests you placed an order for a Samsung Galaxy Tab A 10.1 tablet model. I suspect this is not the tablet model you are holding. I have reached out to you via direct email to get the exact model of your tablet. Upon confirming that the item is incompatible, we will then send you a replacement case from our warehouse (if we have a model that will fit better). Alternatively, we can refund your order in full. Looking forward to getting your reply with the requested information. Sincerely, Erma, Head of Support Pure Sense Cases

Hello Alex, My name is Erma, and I am the head of the Customer Support Team. I completely understand the reason for buying the buddy case. Providing a great customer experience is very important to us. I am sorry that your initial experience did not meet that standard. Pure Sense Cases create the buddy case to save the life of your iPad, with few benefits, yet, this isn't for everyone. I've processed your refund, and you should expect to see the amount re-appear in your account. If you're still on the search for the right choice for you, let me know. I'd be happy to talk you through some of our other options and see if any of them feel like a good fit for you. In the meantime, thank you for your time and for giving us a try. I am hoping to connect with you again soon. Best regards, Erma Head of Support Pure Sense Cases
