Couldn't believe how badly rated Pure Planet were here, so moved to record my experience. All positive. Contacting them via the app or email has never been a problem, and when they suggested a payment hike and I objected, they quickly agreed to leave direct debit unchanged. They may not be the cheapest, but I don't mind, if it's supporting the planet.

I had great difficulty contacting Pure Planet about an accounting query, and I am glad to say that, having eventually found their text number, they responded very quickly and the matter has been resolved. So thank you for dealing with it promptly. The original issue was actually a problem with logging in to my account, but this seems to have been sorted too. A D Brook
