They mean well,I think, but their systems are rubbish (e.g. you can have only one account per username) and they have almost no customer support unless you chase them. To be fair, though, when you finally get through to someone they actually try to help. So I'm upgrading my original 1-star review to 3 stars to reflect that person's support despite the huge limitations of dealing with Pure Planet.
