Tried to simply look up tariff amounts. Happy to put in my postcode to view tariffs.... took me to long form to fill in with full address preferences alsorts! I dont have time for this- I just wanted to see actual unit prices & standing charges, can work out for myself whats best then. The "average annual charge" companies put in is pugwash, how can they know how much electric or gas is used unit wise, all they can truthfully say is total annual standing charge which doesnt change.

Don’t expect any form of customer service - the only way to contact them is via Facebook and they may simply ignore you, as they are doing with me. I’ve asked them not to renew my contract when it ends, and they are uninterested in talking about it.
