Hi Mary Ann, Thank you for responding! I pulled up your order and it looks like you ordered 30ct bottles which would last 10-15 days. For the Green Coffee Bean Extract you want to take at least 1200mg (3 capsules) a day to help with weight loss. Hi DS, We appreciate your feedback! I'm sorry you didn't receive a confirmation email from us! Normally, there is an automatic email that is sent to you to both confirm your order and also to send you tracking information! The only reasons I can think of that you wouldn't have received this information is if your email address was entered incorrectly or if the emails from us ended up in spam. However, I also show a credit issued on your account on 11/9/12 for the full amount of your order. I'm sorry you didn't receive more information with your order! We were working 18 hour days had temps packing orders and that could be why you didn't receive a catalog with your order.
