Shop carefully and know your options. The vitamin/herb market is questionable and lucrative. Check Walmart, CostCo, SAM's and BJ's first.

1) It took over two weeks to get my order. It was sent through the regular mail system, and most anything travels faster than that, through the postal service. If I really needed to keep something, that I was using constant, and I forgot to order two weeks earlier, I would try and find the product somewhere else, where I could get it delivered sooner.. 2) So far, the product has not done for me what it claims to do. There has been no apparent effect, negative or positive, I will continue to try it and see if there are some advantages in the long run.

Hi Julia, Thank you for your response! We do ship via the mail service, so our products arrive in the mail. However, if you are concerned about delivery time, the product you ordered online with us is also available at Wal-Mart. You may want to call them before you go, as our products are flying off the shelves and they tend to sell out rather quickly! I made my order on line and was informed my package would arrive in 7 days. On the 12th day I got my credit card bill and saw I had been charged,but still did not get my order. When I called, I was informed that my shipping order has been lost and they would send my order that day. I asked to be compensated for my patience,and was told "No". Not even rush delivery. I finally got my order 9 days later. It's a good thing these a just supplements not prescrietions.

I ordered the products on the 30th of Oct. they took the money out of my account right away. I didn't receive the products. I chatted with customer service they said they were mailing them out the next day. It took another week and 1/2 to get them. I understand if they had a back order due to the View and other shows. Just keep the customer in the loop and don't take out the money until you get ready to ship.

Normally, when you place your order with us it ships within 1-2 business days and it takes 3-5 business days in transit. Unfortunately, PayPal takes the money out of your acocunt when you order. However, if you order with us using a credit card, we do not charge your card until your order ships.
